ACAC/CIS Women's Hockey - SAIT vs MRU
The MRU Cougars defeated the SAIT Trojans by a final score of 5-1.
The SAIT women's hockey exhibition series featured four teams - two teams from the Alberta Colleges Athletics Conference (ACAC) and two teams from the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS). A total of four games were played September 9th and 10th, with ACAC and CIS teams playing against each other.
The Trojans and Cougars were former ACAC rivals prior to the Cougars entering the CIS after the conclusion of the 2011-2012 academic year.

ACAC - Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) Trojans and the Red Deer College (RDC) Queens.
CIS - Mount Royal University (MRU) Cougars and the University of Calgary (UofC) Dinos.
